FOR SHORT TERM ACCOMMODATION.
Apartments 1 & 4 are located at the rear of the block and are accessed by a personal four digit code, which will be emailed upon confirmation of booking. They both have a lovely entrance framed by modern landscaping, complete with a communal walled seating area.
The modern bathrooms are clean and bright with luxurious designer towels. The kitchens are simple, clean and well equipped with all of the items that you will need for a short term stay, including high end appliances. There is a table and 4 chairs in the kitchen for dining. The bedrooms are equipped with a full size built in wardrobe and pillow top queen size bed with luxurious bedding. The living rooms are furnished with a sofa bed, additional seating and a 32inch LCD television, a JBL Ipod docking station and a remote controlled R/C air conditioner. The bedroom and the kitchen look onto modern landscaping and an additional communal courtyard.
APARTMENT FACILITIES
- Arabella on West Holiday Accommodation offers complimentary WIFI throughout all the apartments.
- Apartment 1 & 4 are suitable for up to 4 people and 1 infant. A portable cot with one set of bedding and a high chair is available only by pre request.
- No smoking and no pets allowed.
- A modern laundry room with coin operated Maytag washer and dryer is available for all guests to use.
- Security gates keep the entire block safe and are operated by a personal four digit code, which will be emailed upon confirmation of booking.
- One parking space is available for apartments 1 & 4, additional off street parking is available along Military Rd.
- The pool and deck area is available for usage between the hours of 9am – 9pm between the months of October to April.
- Pool towels are available in the apartment during these months
- Beach toys and children’s DVDs are available only by pre request.
- Arabella on West Holiday Accommodation is monitored by recorded CCTV for the safety and security of the guests.
- Apartments 1 & 4 have been furnished to a high end standard with designer items used throughout.
- Apartments 1 & 4 will be cleaned at the end of your stay, however cleaning items are available in the bathroom cupboard, if you require additional cleaning please contact us and our cleaner will be happy to accommodate your request, this will be charged accordingly.

There is a communal landing area with a wooden table and chairs. To access the apartment there is a personal 4 digit code, which will be emailed upon confirmation of booking. The kitchen is simple, clean and well equipped with all of the items that you will need for a short term stay, including high end appliances. There is a table and 4 chairs in the kitchen for dining. Bedroom 1 has a built in wardrobe and pillow top queen size bed with luxurious bedding. Bedroom 2 is furnished with 2 pillow top single beds, luxurious linen and ample room for suitcases. The living room is furnished with 2 leather sofas, a 40inch LCD television, an Ipod docking station and a remote controlled R/C air conditioner. Both bedrooms and the living room look down onto modern landscaping and communal courtyard.

Apartment 6 is located on the first floor at the front of the block. It is accessed by a flight of stairs found by walking on the right side of the block.
Apartment 6 is accessed by a personal four digit code, which will be emailed upon confirmation of booking. There are great views across to the sporting parklands
from the dining room, lounge room and bunk room. There are 3 bedrooms, one master with a pillow top queen size bed and luxurious bedding, a desk area and built in wardrobing. There is one twin room
with pillow top single beds and and one bunk room suitable for children. The kitchen is modern, clean and well equipped with all of the items that you will need for a short term stay, including high end appliances.
The dining room has a large wooden dining table and seating for 8 people. The living room has a 40inch LCD television, DVD player and a remote controlled R/C air conditioner.
Apartment 6 has one bathroom with a large shower and a separate toilet.
