A short term stay is a minimum of 3 nights.

+ Can I stay for a shorter amount of time?

Yes of course, surcharges will apply.

+ When is check-in and Check-out?

Check-in is any time after 2pm and check-out is 10am unless prior arrangements are made.

+ Can I bring my small Dog for a short term stay?

No, sorry, we do not allow any pets at Arabella on West, please contact us and we can direct you to the nearest kennel.

+ Is smoking permitted outside Arabella on West?

Yes, smoking is permitted outside of the building, please remove and dispose of any unsightly butts.

+ How can I apply for a long term stay at Arabella on West?

Please email us at stay@arabellaonwest.com and we will advise you of any vacancies and waiting lists.

+ Can anyone use the Laundry facilities at Arabella on West?

All registered guests may use the Laundry facilities at Arabella on West. The laundry has an access control system so you will receive your personal code upon confirmation of your stay. Please note that the management of Arabella on West will take no responsibility for your personal effects in the laundry and all items must be removed promptly or they will be disposed of immediately.

+ Who can park in the carpark?

There is one carpark allocated to each Arabella on West apartment. Additional off street parking may be found on Military Rd. Only registered guests may park their vehicles in the Arabella on West secure carpark.

+ Can I store personal items in the carpark or on the property?

No! Items may not be stored in any place other than within your own apartment.
